In the wake of transformative events, humanity's technological prowess surged, shering in an era where artificial intelligence and bio-science evolved into artificial humanoids known as Celestials. These synthetic humans were created specifically to colonise space - taking the best of humanity traits, while removing its perceived flaws… all to mixed results. The birth of Celestials wasn't universally welcomed by all, with many people on Earth raising concerns about potential catastrophe.
